How To Make A Burger With A Tortilla

First you get the patty and put avocado oil on the patty and rub it in to add flavor.

Next, add salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to the patty to the top and bottom.

To prepare your setup, you grab a patty sputula and two normal spatulas (one for the tortilla and one for the patty.)

Then grab a grilled pan and add a small amount of avocado oil to make it slippery but dont add to much, turn on the heat to medium and put your patties on the pan.

Then get a smaller pan and add olive oil to that and cook your tortilla.

Then finish cooking your patties and add cheese.

Finally to finish it off, add the final touches (whatever you feel like having on your burger) and put the patty in between the tortilla and enjoy!

French Crepe

The ingredients to making a crepe are fairly simple.

1 cup flour, 2 tsp sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 3 eggs, 2 cups milk, 3 tbs melted butter, 1/2 tsp vanilla.

3/4 crepe batter per crepe makes about 6 and you must mix the wet and dry ingredients separately.

Start by cracking 3 eggs, add 2 cups of milk and 1/2 of vanilla extract and mix.

Next in a separate bowl add 1 cup of flour, 2 tbs of sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and mix.

Then add the two bowls together and mix thoroughly.

Take your pan or crepe pan and slowly add the batter in a circular motion and spread around until the bottom has crispy parts to it.

Then flip it over, and add your toppings and then fold it how you’d like and then plate it.

Congrats! You made a crepe! enjoy it slowly and feel the Parisian flow threw you.
